Terms and Conditions

after our customers
Our terms and conditions comply with current legislation and
are designed to ensure that our customers can shop easily and with confidence.
These terms and conditions only apply to web site sales; different policies
apply in-for other departments and companies associated with the Premier
Technology group All prices are in £ sterling, exclusive of VAT
and of delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown when you place items
in your basket. You may pay by any major credit or debit card. We are
under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products
are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we
accept your order.
Accepting orders and security
When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. We will
send an e-mail (first e-mail) to confirm receipt. If we accept your
order, we will send you a confirm shipment email, at which point we
make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse
to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will
e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know.
When you order you will have an opportunity to check the details and
correct any input errors.
In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information
you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive
from any enquiry we may make with Experian or other credit reference
company, to confirm your identity. Experian or other credit reference
company will check any details we disclose to them against any database
(public or private) to which they have access and will keep a record
of that check. Experian or other credit reference company will also
retain this information and may use it in the future to assist other
companies with identity verification. This assists us to protect you
and us from fraudulent transactions. If we decline your offer on security
grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method or
to advise you of the reasons why.
Delivery
Delivery is restricted to the United Kingdom, to the address to which
your credit/debit card is registered. All deliveries made by Courier
must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. Although we do
everything we can to meet the delivery times, delivery times may be
affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Returns and exchange of Damaged or Defective
Items
Premier ICT must be informed of all damaged goods within 24hrs of delivery,
failure to report damage within 24hrs will invalidate your ability to
return the goods as damaged.

NUMBER
Premier ICT can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange an item, visit our online RETURNS
DEPARTMENT. If the product is not damaged but has been ordered incorrectly
the product can be returned subject to a 25% restocking fee or min £25
whichever is the greater. To acquire a returns number please email visit

Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g.,
if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done
so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be
returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Pre-recorded
videotapes, DVDs, CDs, Minidiscs and other software must be sealed.
Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
We cannot accept a return when:
· you return the product without proof of purchase;
· there is a contract for services with the product and you have
started using the services (this would include, e.g., a mobile phone
subscription, but not an extended warranty service agreement); or
· the seal has been broken on any software including games; or
· the goods were a special order to your specification.
Refunds
Refunds will only be given in the event that Premier ICT are unable
to fulfil their legal obligation to supply the ordered product. You
will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed
the returned item. You will receive a refund in the same manner of payment
originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving
your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct
the shipping costs from your refund.
Did you use a promotional voucher, code or certificate?
If you paid for all or part of an item you want to return with a promotional
coupon or code, that part of your refund will be credited to your account,
available to use the next time you place an order at Our Store.com.
This does not apply if the promotion has expired.
Warranty
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or
other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair
or exchange. All products are subject to a manufacturers guarantee.
The Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights
Miscellaneous
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to
submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English
courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no
amendments will be accepted by us.
These terms and conditions only cover the Premier ICT website. Any other
web sites to which you link from this site are governed by their own
terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the
content of web sites that are not under our control.
These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights. We are required
by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that
we do not file copies of customer contracts.
